PRICES
Prices are ruling at the time of printing and are subject to change without prior notice. The sellers reserve the right to accept the order at their own descretion and to invoice the goods at the prevailing prices on the date of dispatch.

ORDER PLACEMENT
Orders must specify Product Codes, Packings, Quantity and Rates of the ordered commodity.

STANDARD PACKINGS FOR SOLVENTS & ACIDS
4x2.5 litres 12x1 litres 20x500 ml
HYDROGEN PEROXIDE: 20x500 ml or 20x1 litres.

MINIMUM ORDER
If the net value of order exceeds Rs. 10000/- goods will be dispatched F.O.R. destination by transport. If required by any costly mean/post parcel/courier 50% of the postage/freight will be charged extra. Orders which do not confirm above term will be executed on ''Freight to Pay'' basis.

AMENDMENT/CANCELLATION
No amendment or cancellation of order will be accepted once the goods have been packed for dispatch.


TAXES & DUTIES:
VAT, Central Sales Tax or any state levies will be charged extra as applicable at the time of supply.

FORCEMAJEURE:
Not withstanding whatever contained herein, in the event due to reasons beyond our control such as riots, strike, civil commotions, shortage of raw material, act of God, Government restrictions etc. we are prevented from making supplies, we or our authorized stockiest will not be liable for any penalization for delay or non-supply of the items.

PAYMENT:
Direct- All sales are against 100% advance payment in the case of outstation buyers.Through Bank- Minimum 50% of the value of the order is payable in advance and the balance will be realized through any recognized scheduled BANK. If the payment is not made within 15 days after intimation by the Bank the interest @ 24% will be charged till the date of retirement.

INSURANCE:
On buyers request- normally 1.5% on non-dangerous and 3% on dangerous products will be charged extra.

BREAKAGE & SHORTAGE:
The goods are packed with utmost care. Our responsibility, however, ceases as soon as the consignment leaves our warehouse. Claims if any for loss, damage, breakage, or delay in transit will not be entertained by us. Buyers are advised to refer such claims to the carriers or insurers.

BULKENQUIRIES:
Special Prices will be offered in bulk containers and large quantities.

SPECIALNOTE:
All chemicals enlisted in Price list are for LABORATORY USE ONLY. No responsibility is accepted if these items are used for House Hold uses or other pharmaceutical applications or for an accident or loss due to mishandling.
